501(c)(3) Status Pending Fifty Shades of Bay is a Wyoming Public Benefit Nonprofit Corporation formed September 1, 2026, and intends to apply for federal tax-exempt recognition under Section 501(c)(3). If our application is timely filed and approved with exemption effective from our date of formation, contributions made during this period may become tax-deductible retroactively. Until IRS recognition is granted, donors do not have advance assurance that contributions are tax-deductible.

Help Us Take the Next Step

Fifty Shades of Bay was incorporated as a Wyoming nonprofit on September 1, 2026. Our next major organizational milestone is applying to the IRS for federal recognition as a 501(c)(3) public charity.

We intend to file the full Form 1023, which currently requires a $600 IRS filing fee.

If you'd like to help Fifty Shades of Bay take one of its very first steps, your support can help us fund that application and continue building the foundation behind the mission.
